Error Trying to Install Developer Preview

Hello

I am having problems installing the Windows Phone 8 GDR 3 developer preview, I am getting the following error 8007000d when the update gets to 100%

This is a brand new sim free Lumia 920 I have been trying to install this on and is already has GDR2 installed (Amber)

I have tried is hard reset several times, ac adapter plugged in, on full wifi and 3g

The device is dev unlocked and I have a developers account

The device has plenty of storage space available

Has anyone come across this and knows a fix?

Thanks, have tried everything still doesn't work, meet the criteria, will just have to see when it is officially released if it will work then

I have now managed to install the update looks to be an issue with my firmware have reflashed and now on gdr 3

How exactly did you fix this? I installed GDR3 on my Lumia 1020 a while back and it worked perfectly. I've sent almost 10 hours trying to get this to work on my 928 with no success. I've even reflashed my firmware but still same issue.
