RSS live tile question

I am making a RSS app. And I want to make a flip tile on the front it will show the name of the app and a count for new RSS post. On the back it will show the title of the top three RSS post. how would I go about doing something like this. Is there a sample code out there. I have read up on making live tiles but I can't figure out how to show the feed titles.. thanks for the help

You have to use a background process to create an image via a user control sized 336 x 336, on the user control you layout text boxes on it and then in the background agent you would set the text of those text boxes as the headlines of the rss contents and then you save it as an image. Thanks but I don't see how to add RSS feed to it. what I am saying is I don't know how to code it I am at a lose here.

But I can't seem to get it to work.
I am willing to share my source code to someone to help me get live tiles to work.
I Will give credit to that person in the app for getting it to work
