Known apps with deep link protocols

Hey All,

I've been doing some research for apps that have app-to-app protocols documented for Windows Phone 8 (other than the MS/Nokia ones).

I'm thinking that if you come across a Tweet, you should be able to open it in your Twitter client of choice

I see the one supported by MetroTube here: Lazyworm Apps - Launch Metrotube's YouTube player from within your app

Anyone know of any others like this for other services? Specifically this is my wishlist:

- Twitter clients
- Google maps
- Pocket or any other readers that let you save links
- YouTube and Vimeo
- Vine

I remember reading Rudy's Blog once, he did mention somewhere that his apps had it.
