Install WP8 SDK, sans-Emulator

Is it possible to install the Windows Phone SDK without the emulator and the emulator images? I sold my PC that had the SDK, and I don't own a PC that is capable of running the WP8.x emulator (nor have I ever), and the emulator images are large and take a ridiculous amount of time to download on my internet.

Turns out the 8.0SDK has to install with the images. However, the 8.1 SDK does not and installs with update 2RC for VSExpress 2013 for Windows.

As it seems this is impossible and no one has answered me, i have listed this as a suggestion on the Windows Phone Development feedback page:

It is possible. Just uncheck the emulator images box when installing

When I run the installer I have yet to find that option. (is it fairly new?)
