Hi there, thanks for creating this great developer program. I'm a web developer but I'm hoping to shift to mobile app development full time, more specifically, on the Windows Phone platform. I'm looking to learn from other Windows devs here.
I started off as a user of Windows Phone but now hoping to create some cool stuff for the community here.

My latest app is Dubstep Video Maker, an app to create silly dubstep videos.

    Hi here,

Im quite new to the forums and just found this thread. I'm a .NET developer based in the UK specialising in C# Windows Forms and WCF, however in my free time I like to work with WPF and UWP apps. I currently have two terrible apps in the Windows Phone store that I made when first learning, Remember Me a memory game (sort of lol) and Working Days Calculator (Calculates the number of UK working days between two dates etc.)

I'd like to join the developer group here because it seems to be increasingly difficult to find .NET developers to talk with and collaborate with in a laid back way.

I'd love to ge together with someone and work on a decent app together, or a small group of people, where the goal is not to become a start up and get rich but rather have some fun and see how far the current tech can be pushed.

I am currently working on a UWP app for managing money, however without having more free time its not really going anywhere.

I would like to join. I love the windows platform and enjoy developing for it. I currently develop for windows, windows phone, band, and soon hololens. I have been developing apps for many years and have popular apps on iphone and android platform as well. I am most excited about an app for Band that I published to the store earlier this month called Chancy Band. It is a random number generator that takes advantage of all various sensors on the Band to create high entropy random numbers and can display the randomness in fun ways, such as: roll dice, flip a coin, fortune cookie, magic 8-ball, lottery numbers, playing card deck, party dice, drink decider, and much more.

I'm a web and software developer and recent university grad. My current projects include Package Hero for managing packages and an app for couriers and customers for a company I work at. I've built browser extensions and a banking app (Hive for windows) that got pulled due to microsoft not allowing apps like these from non banking institutions. Hi there!

I've been a software developer now for about 4 years. I started as a C++ developer and joined a big C#/.Net project 2 years ago. I'm quit experienced in .Net programming but very new to app development (especially for Windows Phones). I want to create some free and ad free apps for Windows Phone 8.1 (and Windows 10 universal as soon as it will be rolled out for my device) now because I'm sick of the bloated apps in the store. I just released my first small app and want to create more useful stuff for Windows Phone in the next time to enrich the Microsoft Store.

I would be glad to join this community to connect to other developers and to get some useful tips about the WP8.1 SDK and the Microsoft Store. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I hope to hear from you.

    Regards, Martin

I am a Microsoft developer with a love and passion for Windows development (Desktop, web, and mobile).

My only app is TennisFreak, which was created due to the lack of good windows mobile tennis score and news apps.

I am joining because I am having a tough time finding users, and if my app get featured, that would help a lot.

I am currently working on a new universal Windows app that will be for creating, tracking, and logging weightlifting and cardio workouts.

    Hi Windows Central and Devs,

My name is Matthias Crevieaux, and I have a small team of developers under the name of Armogaste. We're released a couple games in the last year on Windows Phone, and have just come out with Hypno Quest 2! It is available on the store :)

Description of HYPNO QUEST 2 :
A new music & arcade game where the player is confronted with his mind in a dire battle against both the music and the screen. Through 10 levels of mayhem, he or she will attempt to unlock the following level while staying sane. Tapping on circles as they appear to the beat, all of their visual senses will be challenged!
We're already working on a DLC with new levels :)

You can find some info on our site "armogaste" and on facebook at hypnoquest.

I hope to hear from you soon, and I'm looking forward to making Hypno Quest 2 as diabolically fun as it can be!

I've been developing Windows desktop applications on and off since the mid-90's, mostly business applications that use a backend database. I'm in the process of learning C# and XAML to develop Universal Windows Platform applications for the Windows Store. The idea that the user can have the same application on their desktop, tablet, and phone is very interesting to me.
