Where is the 2 bucks come from on my Financial summary after I set my Proceeds since last payment to zero?

Financial summary - Proceeds since last payment

Hello everybody.

In Dev Center, in section 'Reports' -> 'Financial summary' I have under 'Proceeds since last payment' a small, non-zero amount (around 2 USD).

I'm a hobbyst developer, I have 2 Windows Phone apps, both 100% free, no in-app payments, nothing.

Any idea where that 2 buck could come from?
