How to make how to use app overlay for windows phone apps

Hello , I want to make how to use app tutorial when the user first time launches an application . I want to implement it like the following screenshot . Please guide me on how this can be achieved on Windows Phone

What exactly is the issue you have? If it's component placement you should look at both Grid and Canvas. You can then either inject those tutorial-controls into the visual tree at runtime, or define them in XAML as collapsed, and make them visible when required.

I will try that out , but I was specifically looking for a premade library or dll for ease of implementation

If you are looking for something easy than I suggest a Simple Trick I implement. Take screen shots of your App in Emulator. Make nice tutorial and description on it using Paint or photoshop then just add a tutorial option in your App and display the sequence of images or just collapse their visibilty by keeping a counter.
