Cost per impression is going to be lower than cost per click, just by the nature of the beast. Cost per impression, you get money every time the app is seen, even if nobody clicks on it, interacts it or pays attention to it. That's worth something, but much less than Cost per click... provided someone clicks on it. I'd experiment with both.

I am experienced of both Admob and PubCenter but I am very disappointed with the fill rate of PubCenter barely fills 50% so I suggest Admob with a fill rate of 90+ and use ad metiation sdk to promote your other ads when the add is not received.

I shared my French point of view : we can not use and earn money with Microsoft Ads system because it's only available for US dev ! If someone have some information about that, let me know ! thanks !

I've been using pubCenter with AdDuplex as a backup... The ads aren't generating much in the way of $$, but one thing to note... I recently switched a couple of apps from paid with a free trial that shows ads to a free app with ads that has an in-app purchase to remove ads... The switch has been generating higher download numbers, which in turn is starting to generate higher numbers from ads.
