    Hey guys,

I want to build a Windows phone/Windows app that is universal. I have no experience with developing Microsoft apps so I am not quite sure exactly what I need to learn. For example, let's say my app is basic flashcard app that supports user accounts. There are multiple categories of flashcards e.g. animals, colors, shapes etc. etc. and I will occasionally add more categories. From what I can tell, it looks like I need to learn C#, XAML, and WebAPI. Is that correct?
