I am seeing that Lumia/Windows app store reviews are only from my countrymen ( I am from India ) How to change this settings. Is there an option. If not will they fix it in opera store. I would seriously love to get genuine reviews from around the globe.

You have to change your phone region or you can find yout this app on the internet (but u need computer) and you can change region in URI - for example windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/instagramdownloader/9480a299-3652-434e-8193-ca9c76cf23d8
    Change the bold text to different country (en-us -English, de-de - Germany, ru-ru - Russia :) )
