Unable to create Universal App Project - Visual Studio Community edition

I had downloaded Visual Studio Community edition and installed Windows 10 SDK(10240), when I try to create UAP it says .Net Core v5.0 is not installed, How to install .Net Core v5.0



The download button above just takes me to Microsoft Website.

Solved the problem. KB3073097 was not installed, downloaded from this link http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/4/2/142A2DC6-CD39-48BB-ABA7-783B969DA0C7/KB3073097.exe now working fine.
