Windows 8 was powered by WinRT API which was modelled from Win32 API with some runtime restrictions.

As per official documentation, Windows 10 is powered by Core UAP which consists of CoreCLR (based on .Net) besides other things.

My doubt is whether WinRT is used in Win 10 and if it does, then what is it's relation with CoreCLR?

And if not, then is WinRT now absolute?

I don't think that WinRT somehow related to Windows 10. You know, any framework works like an offline application or a website. If it has some problems in security or it has to be adjusted - you better do it faster, to resolve potential problems that can come in the future. Digital marketing toronto is a company of SEO services, and I've read a lot of awesome reviews about these guys. I'm gonna try them with some of our projects.
