Hey, is anyone able to do a fair camera test with these devices and share the full resolution samples here? Preferably a photo of the same object.
I wanna see how they perform versus each other.

I have no ability to compare the two as I do not own both phones. I did some research on youtube to try and find you a video of this comparison. I did find a video but I'm not completely convinced the video test was fair. In any case I still think the 1520 did better. The camera on the 1520/930 is widely regarded one of the very best smartphone cameras and I've never really heard much fuss about the S5 camera being all that great.

After having watched tons of comparisons directly related to this specific topic, I can say one thing.

No matter which high end flagship you choose(from the ones mentioned), they'll all take amazing photos.

However the Galaxy S5 will provide you with much better speed, primarily because it has a dedicated Isocell sensor for focusing. Wheras Lumia 1520 will give you much more manual control and might take better lowlight photos(due to OIS). Another key thing is that video recording is better on the S5 because of the addition of 120 FPS, 60 FPS and 4k.

However for a more detailed comparison, go here:

Thanks and yes I agree, I really like Windows Phone and this PureView manual controls, but I also like the speed, and features like 60fps video recording. It will be hard to chose between Note 4 and Lumias.

Having owned a Note 3 and tested S5, both are superior in video detail and quality vs the 1520. Stills are better on the 1520. I love my 1520 but the video quality is garbage for a phone of this caliber.

The hardware of the 1520 is capable of handling pretty much the same camera functionality as the S5.

I believe that Nokia could possibly enable 120 FPS slow-mo and 60 FPS 1080p with something as simple as a software update(if the camera sensor supports it), but we'll have to wait and watch.

While the 1080p footage might be ordinary, I hear that the four distortion mics give the 1520 very amazing sound in video. Unless your in a windy situation where the mics don't pick up your voice due to wind interference.

Also the 1520 probably has less jittery footage compared to the S5, because of the addition of OIS, right?

Nope. I find the OIS to be lacking during video. My Note 3 shot very smooth 1080p video of better quality. 4k video was very jerky though because of the lack of digital stabilization. The audio is much better on the 1520 though because of the Dolby audio.

With the announcement of the Note 4 I think a fair comparison can be made to the photography abilities of the 1520. Wow. What specs on Note!!

Very cool addition of a panoramic front facing camera with a f/1.9 lens. OIS 16mp front facing. Metal chassis
