Start Button, Windows Key, Add New User and Select WiFi network stopped working in Windows 10

This problem started on 7 Nov. 2015

Left Click on Start, Edge and WiFi does not activate them. I have tried a lot of suggestions on other forums to no avail. Additionally, one of the suggestions was to create a new user which did NOT directly from Control Panel. I used a work around to create a user and when trying to sign on got a service could not start.

Re: Start Button, Windows Key, Add New User and Select WiFi network stopped working in Windows 10

Looks like something is messing up with explorer.exe.

Knowing what service starts of not would be helpful.

In the meantime, while logged in, try to shut and re-start explorer.exe.

Here is a link to an article to do just that.

Also, regardless if the previous helps or not, I would run sfc /scannow to see if any windows system files were affected/changed.
