Keyboard keeps covering the text box when typing, how can I fix this?

Keyboard keeps covering the text box when typing

When ever I pull up the keyboard in Messaging, Microsoft edge or any other app the keyboard continues to come up over the text box, not allowing me to see what I am typing. How can I fix this, as I am pretty sure this isn't how the keyboard is suppose to operate.

Weird.. Only had that with the older versions of the messaging app.. I would simply hit the back button and go back into the app

This is fixed for me in the latest build. I found that going out & back in again fixed it.. Mostly.
