Has anyone gotten the message "Windows couldn't connect to group policy service"?

[Windows Central Question]

There is a small circle above the internet access icon when I first open Microsoft Edge or when I first turn on the computer. I am connected to the internet but I can't access outlook or some things on the task bar or the desktop.

Sounds like the device is trying to connect to a corporate server???

If you have Pro you should have access to Group Policy settings, but on Home you don't. Are you running an Enterprise version?
