Yes I am. That's why I want the WP platform to be an attractive platform for developers. Part of that is for Microsoft to heavily enforce intellectual property rights, copyright and trademarks. A lackluster attitude in allowing something like this could signal to developers "yeah, we don't care about your property".

what King is doing with his copyright and not delivering the game on WP? nothing. MSFT may pull it out, but this means it's in Kings hands, whether to go for WP or not? this is also wrong buddy.

i am not in support of copyright infringment at all and in any way.
but i am against such policy of not publishing and monopoly.
now, say after a month or some time, king releases the game, and many people shall not go for it (obviously this gonna happen bcoz of many reasons such as changed interest, availability of clones, etc.) then King shall blame WP environment for not having a good user base. whose mistake shall it be?
things happening and happening on right time, both is necessary.

Unless King issues a statement that it's OK with them or maybe even that this chinese company released it with Kings permission I am not going to change my oppinion, because it's a fact:

It IS theft. There is no way to moraly justify this, it's not like a poor person stealing bread to feed his family, it's clearly an attempt to enrich themselves using (intelectual) property that is not rightfully theirs.

But you'll probably keep on insisting that "everythings fine, it's okay to steal from <insert company> because <insert company doesn't care about <certain group of people>" so I am going to ignore posts like this from this point on.
