That happens sometimes on my phone too. Restart your phone and Try again, it worked for me.

Are you attempting to install to memory card?
Change back to install to phone memory.

Even storage options changes to "Phone", still failed.


My skype also failed to install from Store...
Now I plug out the SD card, under trying....

Dude, good news here....

Regarding Skype app...
Previously I tried many times even change save path to Phone, always failed.
Today I just remove SD card, re-install Skype from Store, it installed successfully....
