No audio rip feature?

Anyone know if there will be a future update to allow the ability to rip cd's again or another way to save music to the hard drive. I'm really saddened over the fact that the Xbox One is missing so many features that the 360 had. I loved ripping music to my 360, creating my playlists and blasting my own tunes during a game of Fifa.

Sure, I can stream music to the One but there doesn't seem to be able to be a way to allow the music to play and launch anything else. As soon as I back out of the music player the music stops.

I would like to know this too. Xbox Music doesn't work while I'm playing a game or even going into another app, which disappoints me.

Extremely disappointed by this missing feature. I actually had to buy an NFC receiver now so I can play my playlists off my Lumia 920 while I play my One. $40 I shouldn't have had to spend.

Pro tip: Phones have speakers. Use that.

Yeah.. Using my cell phone speaker to host a party probably won't work so well.

Yeah, sorry. Is there a usb to aux, so you can plug in your 920, or that won't work?
