Stu Malin New member Jan 13, 2013 44 0 0 Visit site Mar 16, 2014 #4 XBOX Support had to cancel the subscription( which I could have done) and refund (which I couldn't have done) and I then bought a new subscription so all fine, seems to be an XBOX Live issue.
