XBOX Live not recognising Gold status

Anyone else unable to use anything online, even though in MS billing it says Gold Enabled, Xbox etc is saying I don't have gold?

Interesting, thanks for replying. I have tweeted Xbox support got the usual remove profile etc, have tried that so awaiting "further instructions"

XBOX Support had to cancel the subscription( which I could have done) and refund (which I couldn't have done) and I then bought a new subscription so all fine, seems to be an XBOX Live issue.
