Is Skype linked to Live Account/ID on Xbox One?

If Live gamer A signs in on Xbox, can gamer B use her own Skype account when she picks up the controller/powers on?

Basically will my Skype sign in when I start gaming, after my grandmother finishes watching TV and switches to my Live ID?

thats why i use difrent accounts with diifrent names so ppl will never know who i realy am cuz skype n microsoft likes to spy an give ur real name to everyone

Player #1 is playing, player #1 will only get Sky calls for Player #1.

If Player #2 logs into your Xbox One under their own gamertag, player #2 will only get Skype calls for Player #2.

Each player will only get calls for their own account.
