Xbox takes an extremely long time to load the home screen

Hey All,
I have an issue with my XB1. When I turn it on, it will take up to 3 minutes to load the home screen. It tells me "Hi" and than sit and spins the 'Loading' animation for up to 3 minutes.

If I am just going to jump into the last game I played, I can just hit 'A' and the game will start right up, so I know I am logged in.

The kicker is, I can go down and sign in to my sons XB1 and it loads the home screen in about 20 seconds. I know it has to be a setting, but I cannot seam to find any difference in the way we have ours setup. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Wipe it out.

Disable instant sign on/energy savings. Sign out of live and shut down the console. Unplug it for 10 seconds.

Then start it up, turn instant sign on back on. You can restart now and it should boot up quicker.
