I'm not sure if this is related to the Xbox Live issues or if there was an update yesterday, but there are issues on my home screen on Xbox One. My favorites are gone and when I try to add them back, nothing happens. Also, Groove with Xbox Music Pass is only partially playing music I've added to my collection already, but no new music.
