I'm wondering if others are having the same issue as I am. When I'm playing a game and ready to quit and go back to the XBOX home screen, normally I would press the XBOX button and then A to get back.
Recently though it no longer works and I am stuck in the game. The only way out is to long press the XBOX button and turn the console off and then back on. I originally thought that maybe it was just the compatible 360 games I was playing but it is happening in my XBOX One games too. It's not game specific either, it happens all the time now. With different controllers as well.
Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Or is there now a new way to get back to the home screen that I'm not aware of? Thanks.
