There seems to be some people on the internet that think PS5 is doing something different with the SSD for gaming. By allowing the SSD to load some things to the APU.
But seem to have totally missed the fact that MS already showed and announced the SSD in Series X has direct access to thr APU (CPU/GPU) without any need for going through the ram.
In fact on PS5 that info has to go through 2 controllers. It's not actually direct, taking more clock cycles to access that SSD.
MS literally has Sony covered on power and efficiency in data.
