Can I play GTA 5 on my Acer Aspire 5 or no?

it is with 8gb ram,nividia mx 130(2gb) graphic card and intel i5-7200u cpu@2.50ghz upto 3.1 ghz and intel graphics 620? if i cannot play gta5 in this then someone please suggest me some good games which can be played in this laptop with these specification..

I think you can play almost any game... The only concern will be the performance. With integrated GPUs, you won't get much performance with most modern games. Are you looking to play online or campaign/story mode?

Good games to play on your system would be:

League of Legends (LOL)
Dota 2
Minecraft

Another one that if you put on low settings and resolution would be Counter-Strike: Go.

But keep in mind, don't expect to not have rage moments when you feel you should have got the kill and your bullets don't seem to register or your opponent seems like they didn't shoot or shot once and you died.

Specs look fine to me just add a GPU (AMD Radeon or Nvidia Geforce) and you will be good to go for many more games than just Gta 5.
