Hybernate in Windows 8.1 with Bing?

In the Power Options->Power Button Action:

...for both On Battery and Plugged In, I get:
Do Nothing
Sleep
Shut Down

I know there's a Hybernate cuz it appears in the Battery section, but you can't seem to manually choose when to hybernate. Not even via the Window icon. Why is that?

Is there some sort of regedit fix or something?

It is because your device supports connected standby. Yes, there is a regedit or GPO setting to enable it an it works great. I have used it on my SP3 and Dell DV8P. If you look at my post history you will see where I have posted it more than once.
