Help me buy a new phone!

I am thinking to buy a new phone. I have selected few phones, but can't decide which one to buy. I have selected Nokia Lumia 720, IPhone 4, Blackberry Z3 and Z10. Please help me.....

I would not recommend the iPhone 4. It cannot get the latest version of iOS 8. The iPhone 4 only supports up to iOS 7.

Why on earth would u buy an iPhone 4 in 2015? And almost all phones on ur list is early to mid 2013 phones. Why are bent on getting such old phones?
What's the sort of budget ur having? And what are ur priorities on a new phone?

Rather than asking people, read reviews. Then go out to a show room and test some new phones within your budget.

Then you can buy the best phone you like, based on your needs.

Why the Lumia 720 instead of a 735 or a 640?

Looks like you want a new toy or a phone on a reduced budget.

If it is to be a Daily on a budget, I'd sort of suspect Z10 is a magnitude higher in price than any of the others.

iPhone 4, even used, is still overpriced to my way of thinking...

Z3 might be interesting... And the Android App emulation thing helps if you are after Apps for a daily, but the learning curve might be steep. I believe Windows Phone rightly gets marks for ease of use.

So...
Z3 is newer
720 probably has more support longevity
Z3 may do more in the long run if lots of Apps are important to you
Z3 gets a nod for screen size and resolution
720 wins on camera
720 has a great rep for build quality
One Note: I can't find the H+ speed of the Z3. I suspect (because of the 2014 launch) that it is 42.2 mbps and the 720 is clearly listed at 21.1 mbps.

Hope that helps. More input from you on reasons and criteria would yield better results from folks answering.

I'd add that you can from an iPhone 4 to a 4S for a small increment in price, but the performance differences are very noticeable, and well worth the extra small amount.

Instead of iphone 4 go for lumia 520 that will work better than iphone 4. Why going for old devices when many new are available in the market. Lumia 640 or 640 xl
