Did the update absolutely obliterate your...

So I just moved to Japan and don't have internet access in my apartment. After a long work day, I go home to do 4-6 more hours of work using my cellular data very carefully. Of course Windows 10 starts downloading without asking and completely obliterated my cellular data usage. I am now spending 15 hour days at the office. Thanks Obama... er, Microsoft.

Did this happen to anyone else?

If you have windows update to "download and install updates automatically (recommended)" it should of been your responsibility to change it to "never update (not recommended)" when you were traveling abroad to avoid this from happening; this is not microsoft's fault.

If you still want to download and install windows 10, the only recommendation is to have a stable wifi connection that will not touch your cellular data, if you need anymore help with this; sign up on the website.
