Some items need to be clarified since this was posted in the "Windows Phone 7" forum. If you wanted to revert back to Windows Phone 7 from Windows 10 Mobile (presuming that you're under the technical preview program), then you can't. It is even impossible to conventionally downgrade from Windows Phone 8 to Windows Phone 7, moreso from Windows 10 Mobile. Also, Windows Phone 7 cannot be upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile, so "reverting" back really can't be possible.

But, if you intended to post this in the Windows 7 or Windows 10 forums (not for phones), then simply go to your PC Settings (in Windows 10) > Update & Security > Recovery - you should see the self-explanatory "Go Back to Windows 7" item there.
