Which would you guys get? The Surface Pro 4 or the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 edition.

    Both- i5, 8GB ram and 256 SSD.
Dell with extended warranty and everything comes out to be 1300 and the Surface Pro 4 1600 with the same 3 year warranty and everything.

Which device would you guys get and why?
Have any of you encountered yourselves in this same position?

    Thanks :)

Yo. I was in the same boat. But, I'm getting the 13 7000 Special Edition for $589 from Dell after price matching on Newegg. Getting an i5, 8gb RAM, 500gb HDD w/8gb SSD, and a 1080p screen in an all metal casing in their Gold color.

With the extra $ I'm getting a few synths and what not for my music production

I would go for the Surface Pro 4 for better viewing experience as it is denser in clarity and what I love the most is the battery life.
