Do any of you know any fixes for this? I've searched everywhere and tried every solution I could find but nothing is working. Microsoft's fixit tool said it found no problems so it applied no fixes. One common solution is to remove extra keyboard languages but this computer has nothing but English.

Check if the Windows Update service is running, or the OS update is blocked by a group policy:
1. Press the Windows key + R, type gpedit.msc and hit Enter.
2. Go to: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update
3. Double-click on the policy "Configure Automatic Updates" and set it to Enabled.
4. Reboot and check if the update can work now.
