Best budget/ last gen 2-in-1

I’ve been looking for a 2-in-1 on a budget and thought between the surface 3/ pro 3 or the Lenovo miix 300/310.

This is coming from a Lenovo miix 2
Ps this isn’t going to be my main pc so I’m not really looking for massive specs

I like the DELL XPS 15 (brand new computer)

Looks like the XPS 13 but has a Gorgeous 4K display, Blazing fast CPU and a Much improved battery.
