I'm looking at both of these currently and spec-wise are very similar.

For anyone that owns either one of these, what are your pros and cons for the device and would you buy it again?

    Thanks,

    Mike.

Can't speak on the Samsung, but I got a Spectra X360 about 3 months ago, and yeah I love it! Not to many devices can compete with the Surface Pros, but the Spectra can and does. I've played high end games with no problems. It may be the best computer I've ever used!

I actually returned a 'mid grade' MacBook Pro and ended up buying the Samsung 9 Notebook Pro (16 GB Ram and 256 SSD version) at Best Buy. I am finding that many of the specs of this device hold true to be the best notebook I ever purchased. You could even replace a desktop PC with it. Runs games with no lag (external drive required), S-pen is a great feature for those needing one and the integration of Samsung messages and photos is pretty darn spiffy (if you have a Samsung smartphone you can get your SMS messages on the notebook). Would I buy it again. Absolutely.
