I am looking at ordering a Thinkpad T480, but I would like some input from actual owners if there are any here.
1. How is the build quality on the T series laptops? Last time I ordered a T530, the casing had squeaky palm rest, creaking panel, and hinge that would not close evenly. After three exchanges, I eventually gave up and took the refund to get a Dell. Has it changed at all from the past?
2. I have noticed some bad reviews of T480 display. I was thinking of getting the FHD screen, do you think the WQHD screen is worth it just for the better colors / future proofing? I will be mainly using it for school/office suites, with some media consumption.
3. Is the touch screen worth it on this style of laptops? I currently use a Dell 2 in 1 so I am used to using the touch screen occasionally.
