I am studying computer languages so i need to take it for my classes. Also want to start building apps for w10 ("uwp"- that means w10m included- yup i like it).

Please comment below the best choice.

Around $1200. I dont have that much money really but i can manage.

I couldn't find much under 1000. I did see the Predator here: https://www.pcgamer.com/best-gaming-laptop/

However, may I suggest something?

You probably don't need a beefy laptop for coding. I would suggest splitting your budget. Say 900/300. 300 for your laptop for class, 900 to build or buy a gaming PC.

Someone asked me to test their surface pen, but I don't have a surface, so I decided to buy a surface. Are there any cheap channels that you can buy? Because I don't have that much money.

I have a pc at home but i cant bring it to where i am staying . That is why i needed a laptop.
