Looking to buy a new laptop. Need suggestions/help.

So I need a new laptop for personal use. I work for a sign company so I use software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw Suite and FlexiSign Pro along with large format digital print software and hardware and a Universal laser VLS 6.60. I need at least 2 USB ports with one of them being 3.0. Although this PC will be mostly for personal use (comics, movies, DJ mixes, etc...), I'd like to have the option of bringing it and connecting to these machines. My dad (retired now) has a Mimaki CJV30-160 I'd like to fire up and use for customers that keep asking me for help on the side. My questions to you all are....

1. Which brand is best known for quality craftsmanship currently?
2. Which brand has best 4k screen for the price?
3. Can I get away with an i5 or stick to an i7?

Been looking at Dell and Lenovo line of 2 in 1's but would like some further suggestions if there is anything better out there that I may be missing.

2) Is weight of the laptop is an issue or not if so how heavy?

3) How much are you looking to spend?

4) Any idea of the approximate duration of battery life you are looking at?

5) Do you want or need a touch screen laptop with digital inking?

2) That's a pretty good budget, there are alot of decent 2-1s out there for the price.

3) Nice, if it was for comic books and general browsing then the ARM based HP Envy would do the job however as you need the laptop for additional things -

ARM based 2-in-1's / laptops are out of the picture for now.

Also I would suggest getting 10 Pro this would give you a better experience overall and greater control.

Dynabook is Toshiba, they spun off their laptop business. Their website allows you to quickly go through the other laptops in the same range on the right handside I would recommend checking them out as they are all within budget.

Sometimes posts get flagged up for approval randomly lol and there is the obvious low post count review / approval.
