AP Mobile issue

I got my Verizon Trophy, loaded "AP Mobile"... It opens up, and then maybe 3-5 seconds later, closes. Re-installed, rebooted... same thing...
I checked my wife's phone (HD7), same thing... but I know 100% it was working there - i used it many times.
I guess one of the latest updates broke it? and Associated Press is not moving to fix...

No big deal, just something I noticed.

wonder when REUTERS will have their own app... (not the rss feed knockoffs currently at the marketplace), used it on BB.

This happened a few months back. If you read the reviews of this app, it is happening to everyone. You are correct in guessing that an update broke it, they seem to have just given up on ever trying to fix it. It was such a nice app before.

Its been a pretty bad app for a few months. Whoever AP hired doesn't seem to want to update it either as they have known about the issues for some time now. Look at the ratings for it in the market. Horrible.

Its got a nice layout, but the crash & load issues make it not worth your time.
