Purchased app question

I have purchased apps and when I went to reinstall them after deleting I only have two options. Try or purchase. So how am I supposed to get my purchased app back?

Did you change your Windows Live ID? Is it the same phone or a replacement?

Same phone.
First purchase was a different Windows ID. I just made a purchase yesterday and only gives me try or buy.

Just hit 'buy', it will then tell you that you already bought it and give you an Install button.

Coffee is right. You must hit buy and then it will advise u that it was already purchased. But this is windows Live ID specific. So if you try " purchasing" songs and apps again and its being done with a different default live ID, you will have to pay again.
