Slacker Update/Removed from Marketplace/New one from ATT/Not working

Slacker pushed out an update last night. I haven't figured out what's different because I can't seem to find a change log in the app, but it appears the original app has been removed from the marketplace; HOWEVER, there's a new slacker radio app that was added last week - through AT&T Services, Inc. At least that's what appears to be the case on the marketplace on my phone - when I go into the marketplace through Zune I only see the original app and not the AT&T app. Can you guys figure out what's going on?

I have wondered this as well. I noticed the other day there were two one from Slacker and another from AT&T. Did AT&T buy slacker? (Don't see why they would).
