WP7/8 apps&games on WindowsRT ???

I've been searching for answers on whether or not WP7/8 apps and games will work on WindowsRT tablets. I've heard that bluestack will be available. Will the store be populated with the same WP app at launch? I am currently searching for an article or rumor. any help?

There have been rumors of Windows Phone apps working in Win RT/Windows 8 but nothing anywhere near official.

Though, I'm not sure it is the best idea that they do. I'd rather the code just ne extremely easy to port over so that developers can actually redesign the interfaces to make sense on a tablet. Most of the apps would look terrible if run without modification.

MOst times they are gonna be extremely extremely to portjust need modifications for screen rez (on tablets) and a bit but I think it would be close to 80-90% complete with the tools given.

More or less windows 8 marketplace will get almost all apps pretty much right away either way
