I would not give much credit on him. He has already focked up some of his previous info, like claiming EOS would be launched in MWC, while now most expect that to happen in Nokia World.

Other than that, the specs look exactly like it has been rumored since the start. They will use the same specs as Lumia 920 before Microsoft updates the SoC support with next big Windows Phone update. Likely to happen at the time of EOS announcement in 2H.

I'm not familiar with him. So I can't say what's true and what's not... I do know that until the phone is released, it's all speculation.
