Lovefilm App possible?

Does anyone know if a Lovefilm Instant streaming app is possible on WP8? We've got Netflix and there's a Lovefilm app to manage your rental account however no app for those with an Instant account. I'm guessing the blocker is silverlight which is a change that Lovefilm made some time ago (moving from flash) but silverlight is a MS product. The Xbox has a Lovefilm app, it'd be good to have a WP8 version with the '3 screen' ideal in mind.

Could you expand on how? Definitely an app I'd pay for.

Both LoveFilm and Netflix use Silverlight because of the end to end DRM requirement that the studios place on them.

It's never as easy as "just knocking up an app" but assuming that LF haven't made some really bizarre choices when it comes to encoding and streaming formats then there are no real technical reasons why an app isn't possible assuming that a) they have the resources and b) they actually want to.

Definitely the main barrier is whether LoveFilm will invest in creating and app. the app to manage your rentals is not from them, it was created by another developer and used the API that LF provide so they haven't done any work on WP devices
