About the Telephoto 12x lens

I've got tickets to a Muse concert in October, so I'm very seriously thinking on getting a Telephoto 12x lens for the concert which paired with the great lowlight quality and image stabilization could produce some great photos. But has any of you tried it for video taking? I'm thinking it could take some decent shots, but I don't know if the lens is tightly screwed and won't come loose from all the hand waving that will be done.

So any thoughts or advices are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What lens do you refer to? Do you have any name for it or a link to it?

I have it. It is nothing more than a toy to play with. It will not give you shots you will be happy with. It has a small area where things are focused. Also, you have to be absolutely still for the picture to be even somewhat clear.
