I have this disease called sitch-a-phonitis. So every 3-6 months I want something new, or new to me. In the past year I went from the lumia 710 to HTC One S (AMAZING), to the Lumia 822 (brick), to the RAZR M, and to the HTC 8x.

I have offers on the table right now:

1: Brand new S3 for the 8x straight up. My GF has an S3 and it is nice but I don;t like touch wiz. This may be a moot point though since I would use Nova.

2: Sell my phone for $200 and buy a new in box RAZR M for $125 and pocket the cash. The RAZR M hardware is amazing IMO

BTW, I do miss some apps and Google Now which is why I am entertaining offers. Along with the fact that the hardware of the HTC 8x while initially amazing is lacking. The buttons are awful the sharp edges wear on you and the phone is starting to creak and rattle.

So WP8 fans that are former or current Android users as well, what deal would you focus on getting done?

I'd recommend the S3 then slap one of the many custom ROM's that are available. The good thing about the Galaxy S range is that there is an army of people creating and supporting custom ROM's so there are plenty to choose from.
To be honest, I've got an S3 and haven't bothered to put a ROM on because I don't really mind Touchwiz apart from the occasional lag and stutter.

I think I'm going to do this deal, the 2 GB of RAM hopefully has most apps and transitions running smoothly and will keep the phone from being " old" for at least another year or so.
