MetroTalk and Push Notifications not working

Running MetroTalk 2.6.1 on WP 7.5. Push notifications have been working well for a long time, but over the last few weeks, I've noticed that they're coming in with longer delays. Starting yesterday morning, I'm not getting them at all. My Google Voice and Gmail setups/filters haven't changed. I haven't yet uninstalled/re-installed MetroTalk.

So far I've tried:
  • Signing out/in of MT
  • Turning off/on push notifications
  • Pulling the battery
  • Confirmed MT notification ID and forwarding/filters

Is anyone else noticing problems? Have I missed anything in my troubleshooting?

Thanks, that was actually a problem from a few months back when Google changed their API.

Interestingly enough, I just got a push notification from a message that was sent about 17 hours ago.
