Multimedia messages

Hi, I have a Nokia 820 - I have contacted my service provider and they say everything good their end.
I cannot open or send multimedia messages eg messages containing photos. (mms) my provider says need Internet for this to work. I have Internet both wireless and through my network. Message appears in inbox but won't open.
Any suggestions would be great.

Who is your provider? MMS has to be supported by the provider. You can set up their MMS APN on the phone - the "Access Point" app might also help make it work if they have different profiles for the provider.
