So first of all the instagram.com/download/windows redirect you to Store.
And if you visit their site now, there are something missing. Seems like their updating something! I checked with my phone too, so it's not a problem with my pc :winktongue:

This was my assumption when Vine was released. Because Instagram wasn't out in that day, I assumed nokia made it so it would tie in with their 20MP phone.
