What happened to Shrink Storage?

Anyone have any ideas why Shrink Storage suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago? Looking at the store page looks like it has stopped
working for everyone. No recent app or phone updates made yet suddenly now app closes as soon as it launches.

Same for me. It was such an useful app for me as it provide control center.

Well gave it a install today after more than month to see if was still same but its actually back working again for me. Is it working for everyone else?

Well, I tried it today, and it functions, but it doesn't seem to clear anything anymore.

Can anyone confirm this ?

Before: 2.1 free, after: 2.1 free.

It doesn't looks like it should work in normal situation. Maybe ms fixed some problems with storage and you don't need it anymore? You can find the storage hungry apps in Nokias easily via Settings -> Storage Check -> Details -> Apps.

Yeah, I think I could agree with that. My other storage is always just around 400mb, so I don't see any issues there...

Before: 2.1 free, after: 2.1 free.

I haven't had a chance to properly test it yet as my storage is ok at the moment but when I did try clearing, it gave a tiny bit free - 4mb.

I think it depends as its always been a mixed bag, there were times when even before the app stopped working it wouldn't always clear any space but when it did it was better than nothing.

The control mode also works as normally.
