How can i install this app and what is the work of this app. i am from India. when i was trying to install this write as - you have not permission to install this.

Its a closed beta. You won't be able to install it unless they give your Microsoft account permission. It'll be released to the general public soon.

I'm very excited about Path on Windows Phones.
It's been one of the most requested apps here in Indonesia.

Some said it'll be released on the 24th? I hope that's true..
